How It Works

  1. Book your pod
    Schedule a session using our easy-to-use booking system. Your trainer will have everything set up in your pod before you arrive.

  2. Arrive and train
    Follow your customized workout plan while our team of trainers support you every step of the way.

  3. Have fun & enjoy the results
    With quality training in an enjoyable atmosphere, you’ll feel stronger, more confident and energetic in no time.

  • Booking is simple—we use Pike13 where you can reserve your space online or through the app. Making it easy to view your upcoming schedule and plan workouts up to 3 weeks in advance.

  • We’re open Monday-Saturday, with workouts starting from 6am to 7:30pm.

  • Absolutely! Every workout is tailored to your fitness level and goals, whether you're just starting out or returning to fitness. We also specialize in injury rehabilitation, working with physiotherapists to ensure a safe, effective transition into your training program.

  • Not at all! Our trainers are there to provide feedback, answer questions, and motivate you every step of the way.

  • With many of our trainers having expertise in sports performance and athletic therapy, we love helping people take their performance to the next level!

  • Sign up for a free consultation and assessment. We’ll walk you through the process, understand your goals, and help you feel comfortable and ready to start.

  • Our pricing ranges from $60-100 a week depending on your goals and commitment level.
